The KR2 production line crafts rice noodles ideally suited for the rich culinary tapestry of Southeast Asia, boasting a high rice content. This meticulous process includes six layers of curing prior to extrusion. Once extruded and shaped, the noodles undergo a second steaming step to achieve perfect maturation. These noodles are expertly crafted to resist mushiness, whether soaked or cooked in soups. After drying, they offer an impressive shelf life, ensuring long-lasting quality.

Noodles with a delicate diameter under 0.7mm are formed into precise 10x10mm blocks, each weighing about 55 to 60 grams. These are elegantly packaged as instant rice noodles, ready to be enjoyed by simply rehydrating in hot water or soup for a quick 4-5 minutes.

Robust noodles over 0.7mm in diameter are meticulously dried and thoughtfully packaged into 200g packs or larger bulk bags, perfect for restaurant supply. These thicker noodles are incredibly versatile, ideal for stir-frying to achieve a delightful soft texture and rich flavor. They remain resilient in soups, maintaining firmness without becoming mushy, even after extended soaking.
