The KR2 production line crafts exquisite rice noodles, perfect for Southeast Asian cuisine, known for their high rice content. Our meticulous process includes six layers of curing, followed by extrusion. Once formed, noodles undergo a second steaming to achieve complete maturation, ensuring they remain firm and non-mushy in soups. Post drying, they boast a remarkable shelf life, ready to grace your culinary creations.

Delight in noodles with diameters under 0.7mm, elegantly crafted into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing around 55 to 60 grams. Packaged for instant enjoyment, these noodles rehydrate splendidly in hot water or soup within 4-5 minutes.

For those preferring thick noodles, with diameters over 0.7mm, they are expertly dried and packaged in 200g packs or larger bulk bags for restaurant use. Perfect for stir-frying or soups, these noodles maintain their allure, never becoming mushy, and can also be soaked for delectable rice rolls that blend harmoniously with sauces.
