The KR2 production line is expertly designed to craft rice noodles that seamlessly blend into Southeast Asian cuisine, characterized by their high rice content. This sophisticated process includes an intricate six-layer curing method prior to extrusion. Post-extrusion, the noodles are meticulously steamed a second time to guarantee perfect maturation. These noodles exhibit exceptional resistance to becoming mushy, whether soaked or simmered in soups. Once dried, they boast an impressive shelf life, ensuring longevity and freshness.

Noodles with a delicate diameter of less than 0.7mm are skillfully crafted into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing approximately 55 to 60 grams. These are specially packaged as instant rice noodles, ideal for quick rehydration in hot water or soup, ready to enjoy in a mere 4-5 minutes.

Noodles crafted with a diameter exceeding 0.7mm are expertly dried and packaged in convenient 200g packs or larger bulk bags tailored for restaurant supply.
