The friction-cooking rice noodle machine is suitable for processing raw materials such as rice or rice flour into rice noodles, vermicelli, rice cakes, or Korean cold noodles. It can also process starch raw materials from miscellaneous grains like sweet potatoes, potatoes, corn, mung beans, peas, buckwheat, and sorghum into vermicelli, noodles, and miscellaneous grain noodles.
 

The rice noodles and vermicelli produced by this machine are all-natural foods, boasting a snowy white and smooth appearance, along with a bright, translucent texture. Their strips are straight and evenly thick throughout.

Notably, they remain intact even after prolonged soaking and resist breaking during extended cooking. With a silky mouthfeel and rich nutritional content, they offer an exceptional eating experience.

 

This machine is suitable for customer groups such as small food processing plants, catering chain companies, school/unit canteens, or individual entrepreneurs.

The advanced automatic rice washing and soaking device can precisely control time and water volume, ensuring the rice is fully soaked and laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes. Then, the automatic pulp grinding system starts, operating at high speed with fine grinding to make the rice pulp uniform and delicate, requiring little manual intervention throughout the process.

 

Entering the forming and ripening stage, the automatic extrusion device converts the rice pulp into rice noodles with consistent thickness and regular shape according to the preset temperature, and then directly rods and cuts them. The whole process is completed in one go, greatly reducing manual operations and minimizing the impact of human factors on product quality.
