Advanced High-Efficiency Fresh Flat Rice Noodle Production Line
The fresh flat rice noodle production line boasts an advanced design and stable performance, making it an ideal solution for large-scale production. With a high level of automation and broad raw material compatibility, this line can produce flat rice noodles of varying widths and thicknesses using rice and various starches as primary raw materials. It also offers customized production tailored to customer requirements: by adding specialized attachments, it can extend to producing folding type or rolling type in a single line.

 

As one of our flagship products, this fresh rice noodle production line has undergone consistent technological iterations. It has gained popularity among major well-known chain brands and catering franchisees, thanks to its visibly superior texture, stable operation, energy efficiency, and fully automated continuous production design.

 

Production capacity: 30-2000kg/h, customizable according to customer needs
 

Supporting conditions for the production line:
·Steam: For models suitable for steam heating, a steam boiler or steam generator shall be configured.
·Electricity: Three-phase alternating current, 220V/380V, 50HZ.

Site requirements:
The length of the workshop is approximately 20-35 meters, and the width is 5 meters.
