Crafted for the intricate flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, the KR2 production line excels in producing rice noodles with a high rice content. The process features an intricate six-layer curing phase prior to extrusion, followed by a second steaming to ensure noodle maturation. These noodles maintain their integrity, resisting mushiness in soups and soaks, and once dried, boast an impressive shelf life.

Noodles with diameters under 0.7mm are expertly formed into exquisite 10x10mm blocks, each weighing between 55 to 60 grams. Perfectly packaged for instant consumption, these can be effortlessly rehydrated in hot water or soup for just 4-5 minutes.

For noodles exceeding 0.7mm in diameter, they are carefully dried and packaged in 200g packs or larger bulk options for restaurant supply. These robust noodles are versatile, offering delightful results whether stir-fried into soft, flavorful dishes or used in soups where they retain a firm texture. Furthermore, when soaked in filtered water, they transform into delightful rice rolls, known for their sauce adherence and exceptional taste.
