Our state-of-the-art KR2 production line is engineered to craft superior rice noodles, perfect for Southeast Asian cuisines, known for their high rice content. The meticulous process features a six-layer curing phase followed by precision extrusion. Post extrusion, a second steaming ensures the noodles' maturity. These noodles are exceptionally resilient, maintaining their texture when immersed in soups. Once dehydrated, they promise a prolonged shelf life.

Thin rice noodles, under 0.7mm in diameter, are crafted into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing approximately 55-60 grams. These are expertly packaged as instant rice noodles, ready to be rehydrated in hot water or soup in just 4-5 minutes, offering convenience and quality.

For noodles thicker than 0.7mm, they are dehydrated and available in 200g packs or bulk options, ideal for restaurant supply. These versatile noodles excel in stir-fries, offering a soft yet robust texture, and remain steadfast in soups. They can also be soaked in filtered water to create delectable rice rolls, with a texture that perfectly complements sauces.
