The KR2 production line crafts rice noodles, exquisitely matched for Southeast Asian delicacies, emphasizing a rich rice essence. Our meticulous process includes an intricate six-layer curing sequence before the precision of extrusion. Post-extrusion, a second steaming phase guarantees noodles that are perfectly matured. This ensures they remain resilient against becoming mushy, even in soups. Once dried, they boast an impressive shelf life, making them ideal for diverse culinary creations.

Delicate noodles, under 0.7mm in diameter, are meticulously shaped into 10x10mm blocks, each with a precise weight of approximately 55 to 60 grams. These are thoughtfully packaged as instant rice noodles, ready to be rehydrated in just 4-5 minutes in hot water or broth, offering a quick and delightful dining experience.

Noodles exceeding 0.7mm in diameter are expertly dried and packaged in convenient 200g packs or larger bulk bags for restaurant use.
