The KR2 production line is engineered to create exceptional rice noodles, perfectly aligned with the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine. Featuring a high rice content, the production begins with six layers of curing before extrusion. Upon extrusion and shaping, noodles are subjected to a secondary steaming process to guarantee full maturation. These noodles stand out for their unique resilience, maintaining firmness without mushiness when soaked or cooked in soups. Post-drying, they enjoy an extended shelf life, ready to delight your culinary creations.

Crafted with precision, noodles under 0.7mm diameter are molded into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing an estimated 55 to 60 grams. These are expertly packaged as instant rice noodles, designed to be easily rehydrated in hot water or soup, ready to savor within 4-5 minutes.

Larger noodles exceeding 0.7mm diameter are meticulously dried and packaged in convenient 200g packs or larger bulk bags suited for restaurant supply. These robust noodles offer culinary versatility, perfect for stir-frying to achieve a soft, flavorful result or as a hearty addition to soups, retaining their firmness without becoming mushy.
