KW2 Twin-Steaming Noodles Production Line produces non-fried dried noodle cakes. The production process includes two stages of curing/cooking, ensuring a higher degree of maturation. The noodles are resilient and suitable for soup or stir-fried dishes, with a texture similar to pasta. Unlike extruded noodles, these noodles are easier to cook. Our customers who bought this kind of line are primarily located in Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

KW2 line can produce this dried noodle cakes with a shelf life of up to two years, and the hot types of noodles are pictured below(just for your reference):
