The KR2 production line by Kennyway masterfully crafts rice noodles ideal for Southeast Asian cuisine, boasting a predominant rice composition. This meticulous process includes six layers of curing pre-extrusion. Post-extrusion, the noodles undergo an additional steaming phase to achieve full maturation. These noodles are crafted to resist mushiness, whether soaked or cooked in soup. Once dried, they offer an impressive shelf life, making them an ideal choice for diverse culinary applications.

Crafted with precision, noodles with a diameter under 0.7mm are shaped into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing approximately 55 to 60 grams. These are conveniently packaged as instant rice noodles, designed for a quick and delightful meal experience by simply rehydrating in hot water or soup for just 4-5 minutes.

Noodles with diameters exceeding 0.7mm are expertly dried and packaged in convenient 200g packs or larger bulk bags, perfect for restaurant supply.
