The KR2 production line crafts exquisite rice noodles, perfectly tailored for Southeast Asian culinary delights. Utilizing a high rice content, the meticulous process includes an intricate six-layer curing before extrusion. Post-extrusion, these noodles undergo a secondary steaming to guarantee complete maturation. Renowned for their textural integrity, the noodles maintain their firmness without turning mushy when soaked or cooked in soups. Once dried, they promise an exceptional shelf life, ensuring long-lasting freshness.

Noodles with a delicate diameter of less than 0.7mm are expertly shaped into 10x10mm blocks, each with a precise weight of approximately 55 to 60 grams. These are elegantly packaged as instant rice noodles, which can be effortlessly rehydrated in hot water or soup within 4-5 minutes, offering a convenient and delightful dining experience.

Noodles with a substantial diameter exceeding 0.7mm are carefully dried and packaged into 200g packs or larger bulk bags, ideal for restaurant supply. These noodles, known for their versatility, can be stir-fried to perfection, yielding soft yet flavorful bites. In soups, they retain their firmness and resist becoming mushy, even after extended soaking.
