Our advanced KR2 production line is meticulously engineered to produce rice noodles of extraordinary quality, catering perfectly to Southeast Asian cuisine with rich rice content. It employs a detailed six-layer curing process before extrusion, followed by a second steam treatment for full maturation. This ensures the noodles remain firm yet tender in soups, resist becoming mushy, and enjoy a prolonged shelf life when dried.

Noodles with a diameter of less than 0.7mm are skillfully crafted into precise 10x10mm blocks, each weighing approximately 55 to 60 grams. These are efficiently packaged as instant rice noodles, quickly rehydrating in hot water or soup within 4-5 minutes, offering a swift and delightful meal option.

Thicker noodles, with diameters over 0.7mm, are methodically dried and packaged in 200g packs or larger bulk options for restaurant supply.
