Featuring a meticulous six-layer curing process before extrusion, our noodles undergo a second steaming for comprehensive maturation, ensuring they remain firm yet tender in soups, resisting mushiness, and boasting an extended shelf life once dried.

Noodles with a diameter of less than 0.7mm are expertly crafted into neat 10x10mm blocks, each weighing about 55 to 60 grams. These are efficiently packaged as instant rice noodles, effortlessly rehydrating in hot water or soup in just 4-5 minutes for a quick, delightful meal.
