The intricate process includes six meticulous layers of curing prior to extrusion. Post-extrusion, the noodles undergo a secondary steaming, ensuring flawless maturation. These delicately crafted noodles resist mushiness when immersed in broth or cooked. Once they reach the drying phase, they boast an impressive shelf life.

Noodles under 0.7mm in diameter are elegantly shaped into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing approximately 55 to 60 grams. These convenient packages are designed for instant rice noodle enjoyment, rehydrating in hot water or savory soup within just 4-5 minutes.

Noodles exceeding 0.7mm in diameter are expertly dried and packaged in substantial 200g packs or larger bulk bags, ideal for restaurant supply.
