The KR2 production line crafts rice noodles exquisitely suited for Southeast Asian gastronomy, characterized by a high rice composition. The meticulous process involves six layers of curing prior to extrusion. Post-extrusion, a second steaming fortifies their structural integrity. The result is noodles that retain their robustness in soups, resisting mushiness. Once dried, they boast an extended shelf life, ensuring freshness and quality.

Delicate noodles, each less than 0.7mm in diameter, are elegantly formed into 10x10mm blocks, weighing about 55 to 60 grams. These blocks are perfectly portioned for instant rice noodles, ready to be revived in hot water or soup within just 4-5 minutes.

For a heartier experience, noodles exceeding 0.7mm are carefully dried and packaged in 200g packs or generous bulk bags for restaurant use. These thick, versatile noodles come alive when stir-fried, offering a delightful texture and flavor. In soups, they maintain firmness, defying mushiness even with extended soaking. Moreover, they can be transformed into silky rice rolls that embrace sauces beautifully, providing an exceptional taste experience.
