Our KR2 production line crafts rice noodles perfectly suited for Southeast Asian cuisine, boasting a rich rice content. This meticulous process includes six layers of curing prior to extrusion. Post-extrusion, the noodles undergo a secondary steaming, ensuring complete maturity. These noodles are renowned for their resilience, maintaining perfect texture without becoming mushy when soaked or simmered. Once dried, they promise an impressively long shelf life.

Noodles with under 0.7mm diameter are expertly formed into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing around 55 to 60 grams. These are packaged as instant rice noodles, ready to be revived in hot water or soup in just 4-5 minutes for a delicious meal.

For noodles over 0.7mm in diameter, they are dried and available in 200g packs or larger bulk bags ideal for restaurant supply. These thicker noodles are highly adaptable; they excel in stir-frying, offering soft but rich flavors. They are equally splendid in soups, retaining their firmness without turning mushy, even after extended soaking. Additionally, they can be soaked in filtered water to create rice rolls, which perfectly complement sauces and deliver an exquisite taste.
