Our KR2 production line crafts rice noodles that delight Southeast Asian palates with their high rice content. The intricate process involves six layers of curing before extrusion. Post-extrusion, the noodles undergo a second steaming to ensure perfection. These resilient noodles maintain their texture whether soaked or cooked in soup. Once dried, they boast an impressive shelf life.

Noodles with a delicate diameter under 0.7mm are crafted into 10x10mm blocks, each weighing about 55 to 60 grams. Perfectly packaged, these instant rice noodles rehydrate in just 4-5 minutes in hot water or soup, ready for an exquisite culinary experience.

Larger noodles, with a diameter exceeding 0.7mm, are meticulously dried and packaged in 200g packs or larger bags for restaurant supply. These versatile noodles shine in stir-fries, offering a soft yet flavorful bite, and hold firm in soups without turning mushy.
